With a passion for problem-solving and helping others, I’ve spent the last several years honing a diverse skill set that now fuels my virtual assistant services. My journey started in 2019 when I worked as an IT Service Desk specialist then jumped into Data Analytics.

QUALITY ASSURANCE APP
Previously, our reporting was entirely manual and Excel-based, creating
a tedious, error-prone process for the team. To address this, I utilized power platform to create an App where we can perform audits. The I automated the reporting and workflows via Power BI and Power Automate.
Personal Budget Tracker
No matter how much increase I get, our budget always fall short. Not until I track the flow of money. I created an excel spreadsheet that automatically transforms data into charts/graphs. How do we add data? Microsoft Forms got it covered.
